Builder. Futurist. Author.

He doesn't just talk about the future. He builds it.

Before he spent years helping organizations navigate AI, Ramy Nassar helped build the $1.5 billion Barbie film. As Head of Innovation at Mattel, he reimagined one of the world’s most iconic brands, created some of the world’s first AI-powered retail experiences for Barbie and Hot Wheels, and launched the company’s Innovation Lab. He has spent 25+ years at the intersection of emerging technology, strategy, and real-world implementation, working with over 250 organizations from Apple and TD Bank to Verizon, New Balance, TELUS, and the Government of Canada.

Today, Ramy helps leaders treat AI not as a trend to react to, but as a choice to make. He builds enterprise AI systems, advises C-suites on governance and adoption, and teaches the next generation of leaders at universities in Canada and Europe.

His forthcoming book, The World After AI, makes the case that the real reshaping does not begin when ChatGPT amazes us. It begins when AI becomes as ordinary as electricity, woven so deeply into how we work, learn, and decide that we stop noticing it. That is the moment that demands new thinking from leaders. The technology is not the variable. The choices are.

Ramy speaks internationally at events including World Mobile Congress, IxDA, CPA Canada, and AI Everything. He advises organizations across life sciences, financial services, retail, healthcare, government, and education. He doesn’t just talk about the future. He builds it.
